Driving range
How can I play on the driving range?
The driving range can be freely accessed during golf club opening hours. You just have to buy driving range tokens to practise there. The driving range ball dispenser will give you about thirty balls. For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to pick up balls from the driving range.
Are there any days the range is closed?
Our driving range is closed every Monday afternoon for ball picking and every Tuesday morning for mowing.
Golf courses
Do I need to have a handicap to book your golf courses?
You don’t need a golf handicap to take advantage of our stunning courses. However, you should be aware that our 18-hole course is challenging and golfers with a handicap above 40 will not enjoy playing on it. We recommend you book the 9-hole course, which can be played on twice in the same day.
Can you pay a 9-hole green fee on the 18-hole course?
Because we have a 9-hole course, you can’t pay a 9-hole green fee on the 18-hole course. We do offer reduced prices at the end of the day, so you can play 9 holes or more before dusk.
Are dogs allowed on the golf courses?
Dogs are not permitted on either of our golf courses as they may frighten the deer.
Are there toilets available on the golf courses?
There are no toilets on the golf courses. The 2nd, 9th and 18th holes are located right next to the restaurant.
Does the clubhouse have showers/locker rooms?
The locker rooms and showers are available for your use all day. Towels are also available free of charge from the restaurant reception.
Can I bring a non-golfer with me when I play?
You are more than welcome to bring someone with you while you play. Our only requirement is that you explain golf etiquette to them.
Are there any days you are closed?
Golf des Yvelines is closed every Tuesday from 15 November to 15 March.
Restaurant
Can we have lunch in the Golf des Yvelines restaurant without playing golf?
Yes, the restaurant is open to the public every lunchtime until 2 pm. Bookings are recommended.
Miscellaneous
How do I make a group booking (for 12 people or more)?
If there are 12 people or more in your group, please contact the Golf des Yvelines sales department directly to organise your rounds of golf.
Can I go for a walk around the golf course?
No, it is dangerous to walk on our golf courses. You risk being seriously injured by a ball. However, you can walk around the lake behind the château.
Can I borrow equipment if I forget something?
We can lend you 7-irons and putters for the practice areas. You can also hire a Wilson half set to play on the golf course. You cannot borrow clothing like gloves or shoes.
I have an electric car; is there somewhere I can charge it?
Unfortunately, we do not yet have an electric car charging station in our car park.
