Dame Victoire, Restaurant & Bar at Domaine de la Couharde

The spirit of La Couharde, at the table

In the heart of Domaine de la Couharde, in La Queue-lez-Yvelines, Dame Victoire welcomes you to an exceptional natural setting, between the golf courses and the Rambouillet Forest.

Completely redesigned, the restaurant offers an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, reflecting the estate’s identity and history. Open to everyone, Dame Victoire is a destination for lunch, a relaxing drink or simply an escape from the bustle of Paris, just 45 minutes away, in the heart of the Yvelines.

Dame Victoire, the Lady of the Oak

A Place Inspired by the Estate’s History

Dame Victoire draws its identity from the history of La Couharde and the women who shaped it, from Diane de Poitiers to Madame de Miramion.

Strong and deeply rooted, she has chosen the oak tree as her emblem. A symbol of character, closely connected to the estate, which has earned her the name Lady of the Oak.

Today, Dame Victoire naturally extends the La Couharde experience beyond the golf course: a place to enjoy good food, of course, but also to come together, share moments and take your time.

A Menu Created by Jean Covillault

A graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse, Jean Covillault trained in France and abroad before becoming Executive Chef at Hôtel Belleval in Paris. He later gained wider recognition as a contestant on season 14 of Top Chef.

At Dame Victoire, Jean creates food that reflects his personality: homely, generous, vibrant and guided by the seasons.

His inspiration comes as much from large family gatherings as from the fresh ingredients arriving in the kitchen. Familiar dishes, comforting flavours, a personal touch and a desire to create food that is a pleasure to share.

Dame Victoire Bar

There is more to Dame Victoire than dining.

The bar welcomes you throughout the day, whether for a coffee, a drink after a round of golf, a catch-up with friends or simply an opportunity to enjoy the estate in a different way.

In the intimate atmosphere of the château or out on the terraces when the weather allows, it is a place to settle in and forget about the time.

From Friday to Sunday, the experience continues into the evening with a more relaxed offering of small plates and sharing dishes, perfect for enjoying over a drink.

The Terrace

As the warmer days return, Dame Victoire opens onto the beautiful surroundings of the estate.

The terraces invite you to enjoy lunch outdoors, linger over a drink in the afternoon or simply soak up the peaceful atmosphere of La Couharde.

Between the golf courses, the château and the surrounding countryside, life takes on a slower pace, with leisurely lunches and moments you wish could last a little longer.
